Foundation Dental Services welcomes referrals and looks to partner with motivated, caring general dental professionals in a 'shared-care’ arrangement to achieve optimal oral health for our mutual patients.

We believe patient care is best delivered in a ‘team’ environment - with optimal health outcomes achieved when the general dentist, hygienist and periodontist work in concert to deliver optimal care.

Foundation Dental take our patient's security and privacy seriously: Referrals are encrypted at all times on a secure Australian Server to meet data security legislation requirements.
